Mandarin Oriental Overview

Mandarin Oriental is the most luxurious high rise condominiums in Las Vegas. It is located in CityCenter  near the Veer Towers  and Vdara. The Mandarin Oriental has no casino in   the premises but it is very close to Aria. This is a Hotel – Condo development which  includes 392 guestrooms and suites and 225 luxurious residences. The residences at Mandarin Oriental are in the center of the strip with stunning view of the Las Vegas Strip. The Building is owned by MGM with  part of it leased to The Mandarin Oriental. The upper floors are used as residential condos. As of this writing most of residential condos are either sold or under contract.

Construction on Mandarin Oriental began on 2007 and completed on 2009. Architects Kohn Pedersen Fox designed the building and interiors were designed by the firms Kay Lang & Associates and Page & Steele Interior Architects. Contractor of the project was Perini Building Company and materials for the construction was glass, steel and concrete. The Mandarin Oriental project received most prestigious LEED  gold certificate on November 20,2009.

Condo residences are priced at $700,000 – $8,000,000.  Even at these high prices units are selling very well. This is a very environmentally green building. LED lighting  and high efficiency appliances are used throughout the building.
